The coastal fog attempted to thwart last night’s lunar eclipse viewing experience, allowing short windows of clarity, followed by thick blurriness. I was also unable to get my hands on the macro lens I usually use to photograph cosmological phenomena, leaving my dslr’s small lens hardly able to make out the moon at all. So alas, I was stuck with a crappy iPhone camera (relatively speaking) and a pair of binoculars. I had to get creative; these were the best glimpses I was able to catch. Overall, it was magnificent, as always. I don’t think there will ever be a day when an eclipse ceases to awe me. ✨🌕🌑♎️ #lunareclipse #libra #eclipse #fullmoon #magic
